1. First, check the tympanic membrane and ear canal carefully before you use impression foam. If you find the obvious feature, (such as tympanic membrane or ear canal is injured.) Please don't put impression foam.

2. Must clean your ear canal, cut hair. If it is not clean enough and have earwax, the impression model will be solidified delayed or slowly.

3. Hand must be steady when you filling the impression foam.
